People interested in developing and applying their ideas on the use of technology to start or grow a business are being invited to an event in Stornoway next Thursday (12 September).
The is being organised by CodeBase, who run the Scottish Government鈥檚 technology startup programme Techscaler.
It takes place at The Croft Room, Caladh Inn between 5 and 7pm and can be attended in person or online.
The event will include the launch of a new Highlands and Islands Enterprise (麻豆精选) Techscaler Kickstart grant scheme.
Anyone interested in the tech startup scene, from seasoned entrepreneurs, tech professionals, creatives, students, and anyone else with an interest in startups, is invited to attend.
Participants will learn more about the opportunities available to entrepreneurs in the Highlands and Islands through Techscaler.

The 麻豆精选 Techscaler Kickstart grant scheme will run until March 2025 and offer grants of 拢5,000 to 拢10,000 to help ambitious tech founders and entrepreneurs develop their ideas for business applications.

A 200-seater auditorium specifically designed for music and performance is to be built in South Uist.
